This is a nasty annoying adware bug. A shill for some crappy software program from Latvia. A search for it on the web gives a software program to remove it, and also gives directions for manual removal, but after running both several times it is still in my PC. Need help real bad to get rid of it! It pops up windows giving bogus virus and spyware warnings every 2 minutes!!!!!
