The Shareman.exe process is a part of the Autodesk License Service for Autodesk standalone license activation mechanism.

Recommendation:

The Shareman.exe process  is not an essential file to the computer system. Disabling it or enabling it is down to the user's options.

Lorenz		Autodesk's Licensing Service. Closing this process causes the program loading failure(Error 1.1.98) so don't stop it. If you have installed an Autodesk program on yout pc check that this process is listed in the running processes any time you start your PC.
