The Azureus.exe process is an executable file of the Azureus application from Aelitis, which is now called Vuze and is the easiest way to find, download,and play HD movies, TV and videos using the most powerful p2p bittorrent app in the world.

Recommendation:

The Azureus.exe process is not an essential file to the system performance. Disabling it or enabling it is down to the user's options.
