The CHTray.exe process is an executable file of tray access icon for Cyberhawk's configuration utility from Novatix Corporation. Novatix Cyberhawk is behavior-based anti-malware software which blocks installation of malware strictly by identifying bad behavior and protects your computer system against virus and other Internet threats. Novatix Cyberhawk has been renamed and released as PC Tools ThreatFire.
Recommendation:
The CHTray.exe process is not an essential file to the computer performance. Disabling it or enabling it is down to the users' options. If you only use Novatix Cyberhawk(called PC Tools ThreatFire now) and do not use any other security program, then we recommend you shoud leave it running on your computer.
