The CeEKey.exe process is a part of the Satellite E-Key software from Toshiba. It is used by Toshiba laptops to enable the use of special Fn keyboard keys, such as speaker on/off, hybernate, powermanagement, etc.
Recommendation:
The CeEKey.exe process is not an essential file to the system performance. But we recommend you do not terminate it. Terminating it may cause some Fn keyboard keys not function properly.
