What does this do, I don't need quick launch buttons, it looks like another vunerable problem. Anyone know why its there, and what it does, if not needed why not get rid of it?

Watch out for the caps. Really you shouldn't have this unless you have an HP laptop...if this magically appears, just delete it from the program files.

IT IS A QUICK BOTTONS IN ALSO HP NOTEBOOKS. NECESSARY IF YOU HAVE ONE AND WORKS WITH IT. IF NOT, DELETE ALL PROGRAM \"HP QUICK\" AND USE A MORE SOFT.
