The DkService.exe process is the main executable file for the Software Diskeeper. This process would start Diskeeper automatically to execute defragmentation jobs at user specified times. It is a replacement for Windows Disk Defragmenter.
Recommendation:
The DkService.exe process is a non-essential system process, but should not be terminated. Otherwise you could have problems starting it manually.
