The FilMsg.exe process is an executable file of the Filseclab Messenger for Filseclab Personal Firewall. It is used to launch the auto update for Fileseclab software in order to provide better protection to your computer against attacks from the Internet, and from Trojan horse etc.
Recommendation:
The FilMsg.exe process is not an essential file to the computer system. Disabling it or enabling it depends on whether you use Filseclab Messenger or not.
