The HelpSvc.exe process is an executable file of the Microsoft Help Center Service for Windows 2000 and later. It is used in conjunction with the ‘AutoUpdates’ feature of windows.
Recommendation:
The HelpSvc.exe process is not an essential file to the computer system. Disabling it or enabling it depends on whether you need Microsoft Help Center Service or not.

Run random and increase its memory more and more. If you stop it dies and do not happen anything
