Installs with Dragon Naturally Speaking in Hidden program data file folder. It checks or program updates but I'm checking to see if it's like a virus which crashed my Dragon installtion.

Strange icon w/ name "Software Manager" just showed up--w/out uninstaller; I didn't install this program. Any ideas about ISUSPM.exe?
