The InCD.exe process is a part of the Ahead Nero CD/DVD writing software, which enables you to drag files onto a CD-R directly from Windows Explorer, or to save onto CD directly from within applications and allows you to dynamically write or burn data to your CD and DVD.
Recommendation:
The InCD.exe process is not an essential file to the system performance. Disabling it or enabling it is down to the user's options.

A Nero application that enables CD/DVD writers to use CD-RW\'s as a removable hard drive for drag & drop CD burning. Contains a monitor to determine the media type, so enable other Nero applications as appropriate (if those are enabled). This is necessary to use the drag & drop feature. It should be left on, unless you want that feature disabled.
