The MBackMonitor.exe process is a part of McAfee Data Backup from McAfee.
[Information quoted from mcafee.com]: McAfee Data Backup and Restore reached end of life June 10, 2009. Data Backup and restore must be removed as it is not supported on the Windows 7 operating system, nor is it supported within the 2010 SecurityCenter. McAfee will provide a download link to a standalone backup and restore product until December 31, 2010, allowing you the option of recovering your existing backups should the application have been removed.
