| Perhaps trustworthy, but this link I found says it is buggy, and has info on how to disable it. It is not just Visual Studio, but also part of Internet Explorer used for debugging IE errors. More information | |||

| I just got rid of it. this is an older windows xp desktop-i have had to reformat many times: Can you spell Apple? next time. vista sucks too. | |||

| If you have used scripts or any part of visual studio or components you get this file. It's part of what lets you edit and debug any form of programming, and part of the runtime packages. It does nothing except report code errors when they occur. It also opens a debug tool to fix the error, but you can make changes only if the code is yours. | |||
