The NBService.exe process is a part of the Nero BackItUp program from Nero AG. It is used to control all jobs created using Nero BackItUp. It can create backups of selected files/folders/partitions or complete hard disk to hard disk, network drive, disc or FTP.
Recommendation:
The NBService.exe process is not an essential file to the computer performance. But it is required by Nero BackItUp for backup functions. If you use Nero BackItUp, you should leave this process alone.

Deleted it and its still here, tryed to terminate process and it restarts!!!
