The NWTRAY.EXE process is an executable file of the System Tray icon (big red N) for Novell Netware. It is used to provide instant access to the various features of the Novell Client, such as bringing up the login window, mapping and unmapping drives, modifying access rights to files and folders, and managing printer captures.
Recommendation:
The NWTRAY.EXE process is not an essential file to the computer system. Disabling it or enabling it depends on whether you use Novell Netware or not.
