This is a common process on dell machines. It is a process run by the operating system concering a memory dump file. It may not be completly necessary to use this however if it is and you cancel it your computer will automatically restart it up if it needs it. Go to ctrl.alt.del then processes and terminate this process it shouldnt cause any harm to your computer.
