Some crapware from Power DVD. I don\'t notice any difference with it on or off. Try it off for a while, since anything that runs in the background is an additional task for the system. If you don\'t notice any difference, leave it off (remember, error messages are sometimes cryptic and don\'t really id the true culprit).
