PccHCMS.exe is not a file you will come across often however; it belongs to Trend Micro PC cilln which is a personal favorite when it comes to PC Security. They are known to expose Microsofts weaknesses by hacking official MS applications like Internet Explorer and making an inpenetrable defense against any virus or hacker if setup properly. A must have!
