The PureText.exe process is an executable file of PureText, which is used to copy some text from a web page or a document and then paste it as simple text into another application without getting all the formatting from the original source. It makes all these simple by adding a new Windows hot-key.
Recommendation:
The PureText.exe process is not an essential file to the computer system performance. Disabling it or enabling it depends on whether you use PureText or not.
