| This thing slowed my browsers to a crawl and disabled IE 10 in Win 8. Was a major pain to remove but browsers are now working again. | |||

| It is absolutely true that Trusteer/Rapport is security software. It is published and maintained by IBM and is fairly good protection WHEN WORKING. If it malfunctions, which it does do occasionally, it must be uninstalled and reinstalled. That DID NOT fix it for me, and upon calling Trusteer/IBM, I was provided with a list of hidden files, most within the system folder, that must be manually deleted before a successful reinstall can be accomplished. Support is only available by email, and, in my case, they will only respond once a day. | |||
