The ZFStartSvc.exe process is an executable file of the RtlWake Application, which is the Configuration and Monitoring utility for the wireless networking device. It also provides a system tray icon giving quick access to singnal strength, network status, configuration of SSIDencryption, DHCP and other network settings.
Recommendation:
The ZFStartSvc.exe process is not an essential file to the computer system. But you should never terminate it if you need to use the RtlWake Application.
