The SAgent2.exe process is a part of the Epson Printer software. It is used to provide support for some older models with parallel ports and check whether the printer port is present, and whether it is set to ECP or EPP (or bidirectional as some BIOSes have).
Recommendation:
The SAgent2.exe process is not an essential file to the system performance. But it is required by Epson Printer to work properly. Terminating it will cause printer stopping working.
