SCHED.EXE

The SCHED.EXE process is a part of AntiVir Scheduler Service, which protects your computer agaianst Internet virus and does the virus scanning job at specific times as you secheduled it to. It is also responsible for automatically downloading and installing the virus definitions updates and program updates for the whole service. 

Recommendation:

The SCHED.EXE process is a non-essential file to system performance. But it is required by AntiVir Scheduler Service to work properly and protect your computer system perfectly.
