a hacker [neighbor] is using this program to gain entry to the internet and my files... but without this problem...this program is a life saver and time breaker...oops! it rymes...great!!!

This is a utility program for the realtek audio chipset. This is a very very common chipset, please don\'t give bad ratings for something completely harmless.
