StatBar.exe

The statbar.exe file is a part of the StatBar program by Globe Software. It serves as a status system bar and provides users with a quick and easy way to see the status of the computer system, such as  the condition of the CPU, uptime, memory and others.

Recommendation:

The statbar.exe file is not an essential system process.Since the StatBar program uses over 60% of the systems resources, it is not recommended that the program be run on certain operating systems. Computers running on operating systems Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows SE and Windows ME are not suited to operate the StatBar program.
