The TThrottle.exe process is an executable file of the TThrottle, which is used to measure the processor core temperature and can adjust the amount of time a certain process (program) may run. It can also stop all threads of the process for a short amount of time so as to keep the temperature below the “Set Temperature”.
Recommendation:
The TThrottle.exe process is not an essential file to the computer system performance. Disbaling it or enabling it depends on whether you use TThrottle or not.
