The Tablet.exe process is a part of the driver a Wacom tablet device, which is the interface between your tablet and the graphics, image editing, or desktop publishing software (e.g. Quark Express, PageMaker, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc…) that you are using so that the software knows how to interpret the pen movements you make. It shows as TabletService or WacomService on the Services tab depending on the version of the drivers.
Recommendation:
The Tablet.exe process is not an essential file to the computer performance. Disabling it or enabling it is down to the users' options.
