Not in your startup menu but want to get rid of it?
East, it's jusr in control panel > scheduled tasks
Delete it there

this is Microsoft \"Windows Genuine Advantage Notifications\" tool and it is bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i installd Windows Genuine Advantage tool and got rid of it by re-installing Windows
