Copy Handler is a free copying manager for Windows Systems.
It integrates with the operating system and offers options like queuing/pausing/resuming copy tasks, filtering/excluding files for manual backups and changing copying parameters like buffer sizes.
Under XP, it can boost copying of larger files, but slows down when copying many tiny files (I dont know whether Vista/Seven got better copy handling).
