The devices.exe process is an executable file of the DriverMax application, which is a driver support tool provided by Innovative Solutions. It is used to provide information for driver updates and also has a feature to allow the user to export / backup all existing drivers installed on their PC.

O. Lamoree		Devices.exe runs as a Process and slowly but surely start increasing CPU usage until it get to and STAYS at the 80-90% area bogging down the whole computer. Stopping the process fixes the problem. This used to be called a \"memory leak\" but seems like a CPU leak.... 0 0 Report Abuse
