The eEBSvc.exe process belongs to Epson's Bi-Directional Service on Windows 2000/XP/2003. It is installed alongside with Epson multifunction printer, which includes printer, scanner, and sometimes fax. It is only a part of Epson's Bi-Directional API software. It executes an interface among the locally xonnected printers and serves as a remote Status Monitor with much more advanced features.
Recommendation:
The eEBSvc.exe process is not a system critical file. But if you use Epson multifunction printer, you should not disable it or remove it.
