The ipcsvc.exe process is a part of the NetVeda Policy.Net from NetVeda LLC, which is designed to provide endpoint network security, LAN and WAN bandwidth management, peer-to-peer rate controls, congestion management, intelligent inspection of content for filtering and blocking, site blocking, remote traffic recording, live traffic monitoring and reports.
Recommendation:
