twice now it has malfunctioned where 15+ instances of is360.exe are running at same time. Computer is useless then have to hard reboot. It has only happened twice in 6mos. but is annoying

Keeps finding the same Trojan C:\Manson and never seems to get rid of it. I'm kinda suspicious.
