This process is not allowing me to load the ISP home/login page. This is gating my internet browsing. How can i avoid this to happen? Do i need any settings for this process to block my ISP home page?

Defiantly a plug-in. Makes it seem a bit dubious when it doesn't allow you access to terminate the process however.
