If you have Windows Messenger running, this process is completely a-OK, but if you find multiple copies of the process, it is safe to put on your block list. If too many processes of this are running, your computer can lock-up or act very slowly. It\'s best to block the process once it has started itself (rather than running it and then blocking it).
