The msnmsgr.exe is a main executable file of the MSN Messenger program, which provides online chat, instant messaging and file sharing features. Msn Messenger doesn't need be loaded with windows, you can launch it when you will use it.

Msnmsgr.exe is not s syetem process. It is a part of the MSN Messager online chat client. If you use MSN Messenger you should leave this process running.
