The scsiaccess.exe process is a core component of Alcohol Software's CD/DVD writing application, Alcohol 120%, which is used to make backups of CDs or DVDs. It also allows CDs/DVDs to backed up directly on your Hard-disk instead of being written to media, and enables CompuPic and ProShow to create CDs and DVDs using your CD or DVD Writer.
