The sgbhp.exe process is a part of the SpyWareGuard, which is also called Spyware Blaster Internet security tool. It is not a spyware scanner or remover. It purposes to stop your system from being installed with crap add-ons, growing list of ActiveX. It can also completely block access to certain bad domains by using the restricted zones features of IE.

Spyware Guard work in concert with Spyware Blaster. I have used them both for a long time & they provide another layer of protection.
