The spampal.exe process is an executable file of the SpamPal, which is an anti-spam tool to check the source of incoming mail against lists of known spammers with extensive whitelisting features and other features to automatically minimize the chance of legitimate mail being mistaken for spam. It can be used with any mail program and any POP3 mailbox.
Recommendation:
The spampal.exe process is not an essential file to the computer performance. Disabling it or enabling it is down to the user's options.
