The SSMMgr.exe process uses 100% of my CPU whenever I log on with a user that don't have the administrator role. Probably due to poor programming from Samsung. They know design but they don't know how to code well.

this is also related to some dell printers and is know to not shut down properly when logging off.

I use the Samsung Status Monitor. I get the shut down \"error\" as well. Good to know what it is.

This is the status monitor manager for the Samsung ML-2010 Mono Laserprinter.
It\'s a non-essential process that runs at startup through the HKLM registry key Run for all users. If you use your Samsung Laserprinter a lot, it\'s best to leave this setting as is.
