The wdfmgr.exe process is an executable file of Microsoft's User Mode Driver Manager service, which is installed alongside with Windows Media Player 10 and above. I have ehis process, but I don't have windows media player 10, I only use WMP 9 becouse is plus fast that the other WMP10 or 11.
This process, may be a virus?

Windows User Mode Driver Manager. (Part of Windows Media Player 10)
The Windows User Mode Driver Framework service (Wdfmgr.exe) appears in Windows Task Manager after you install Windows Media Player 10. Go to Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 892552 to learn how to disable it (attached link).
