zlclient.exe

The zlclient.exe process belongs to the Zonelabs Internet Security, which is the newer version of the Zone Alarm and Zone Alarm Pro firewall.  This process prevent external access to your computer and helps block viruses from taking advantage of security holes on your computer. This process is not spyware, adware or virus related.

Recommendation:

The zlclient.exe process is a part of Zone Labs Internet Security. You should not end this process for any reason. This is the firewall behind the router. (If you already have a router then this probably isnt needed, as your router is by default already a firewall).
