| IT IS A PART OF PROGRAM HP/QUICKPLAY/TV. WITH NOTEBOOK EQUIPPED (external) IT. NOT NECESSARY. DELETE THE PROGRAM ALL HP QUICK PLAY AND INSTAL A MORE SOFT PROGRAM. | |||

| Just did another install of Vista, HP laptop -so this is at least 2 yrs old, am deleting it. | |||
